Holiday Club Pyhäniemi holiday area is on a fine pine ridge by the clean and fish-rich Kankarinjärvi in Kihniö, Northern Häme / Pirkanmaa. The area has a lovely shallow sandy beach with a water slide and a playground featuring a large two-masted pirate ship. At Pyhäniemi you can play tennis, mini golf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, canoeing, outdoor chess, and more. There are excellent walking and cycling routes (regular bikes are freely available and electric-assisted fatbikes can be rented). The area also has a cosy lakeside restaurant/bar, rentable lakeside sauna & sauna boat, gympark, playground, grilling kota and barbecue shelter.

The main active-holiday attraction is Lake Kankari, where you can paddle or boat – anglers take note! Kankarinjärvi is part of an attractive zander (pike-perch) fishing water. You will find the best spots yourself, but try the deep open water and its edges. Local fishing permit and the right to use boats and life jackets are included in the maintenance charge.

About a one-hour drive to destinations such as the Tuur village shop. Nearby are several national parks, including Helvetinjärvi and Seitsemisen national parks. The nearest golf course in Virrat is about a 30-minute drive.

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As a week owner you acquire a share of the holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bedding and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or pass the week to a friend – just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bedding, towels, consumables, apartment and yard upkeep and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer will have use of the share for week 38/2026 (Fri 11 September 2026 – Fri 18 September 2026).

Apartment available from Fri at 14:00 and must be vacated the following Fri by 10:00.
