Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when placing a bid. In timeshare sales, contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to the bidder's actions, the seller has the right to claim compensation for a false bid and disruption to business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all maintenance fees and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email when the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the property manager the contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax payment for registration of the share.
