Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts all sale terms when placing a bid. Timeshare contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails due to the bidder's actions, the seller has the right to compensation for a false bid and disturbance of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable)

Inspection

Bidders must inspect the apartment and the company's documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been discovered during an inspection. Shares are sold with the information shown in the listing.

Seller's information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that could be assumed to affect the sale. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments to the company have been paid up to the date of sale. Photos in the listing may not be of the exact apartment but of an equivalent apartment in the same company. Timeshare sales are always made with a separate contract and on the terms stated therein, which the buyer and seller accept by signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price (debt-free). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the property manager the contract, a copy of the share transfer entry and proof of transfer tax for registration of the share.
