The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency duty, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As an owner of the week you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning as well as bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to a friend by notifying reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 service charge and receives use of the share for week 29/2026 from Mon 13 July 2026 to Mon 20 July 2026. If this year’s usage right remains with the seller, the seller will pay the 2026 service charge.

Check-in to the apartment is from 18:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Deeds and sending the share certificate by registered letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate as insured post is available for an additional €20.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). Sole trader Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due for amounts under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. Sole trader Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for completing the transfer tax return in OmaVero.
