Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the deed, a copy of the transfer entry on the share certificate and the transfer tax certificate to the property manager for registration of the share.
