Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is a warm kids’ pool, floats and mats. Water and air temperature are always +32 °C.

Relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. The Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New are two tropical experience showers offering four different programmes with light and sound effects.

Vuokatti’s slope offering is versatile and it is easy to move between the ski areas. Runs range from easy (Hupikukkula and Maxin Lumimaa) to demanding pistes and terrain parks (e.g. Freestyle Park, no. 6). Vuokatti has a total of 14 slopes and 10 lifts.

Maintenance fees 2027:

Basic maintenance fee €204.45 / year.
Service/usage fee €113.10 / year.

Total €317.55 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on‑call service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been paid. The remaining balance is €152.09 which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is still paid as a financing charge this year and next year and after that the loan will be fully repaid. The financing charge this year (2026) is €89.18 and next year (2027) €71.78.

The buyer will have access to the apartment from week 12/2027 (Sat 20 March 2027 - Sat 27 March 2027).

Check‑in from 16:00 and check‑out by 12:00.

Pets allowed (€35 / week).

Included in the sale is a spa share (14 entries). The spa share fee is €82.50 including 14 visits, making the cost per spa visit approx. €5.90 (normal €27). Visits come as two 7‑use wristbands and one wristband can admit multiple co‑guests to the spa.

Included in the sale is a bowling share which entitles the holder to a daily one‑hour bowling session. Fee €68.92 / year, giving a cost per session of approx. €9.80 (normal from €26 / hour). Bowling slots can be sold either together or individually and if the assigned times do not suit, they can be exchanged for available slots.
