The buyer is obliged to make the transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and pay the transfer tax through that service. When the tax authority issues the buyer with a certificate of payment of the transfer tax, it must be forwarded to the seller without delay so that registration in the buyer’s name can be completed.
