The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
