• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor; there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot and any related company documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty from the seller, and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before making an offer.
