The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment it has in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in photos are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for the related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors and finance companies, and whether checks are carried out on the buyer under anti‑money‑laundering and sanctions legislation. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
