The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in photos are not included unless specifically stated. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safely detaching, moving, packaging and removing the lot and for any related costs. Goods not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Auction acceptance can take from days up to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing time.
