The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional and may have hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, related documents and other available information before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please also check any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
