The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item, relevant company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. • 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate delivers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the resale price if lower and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

Please note that:

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" - however the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct
