In the local detailed plan, Building A is marked sr, which means Protected building. The building may not be demolished as it is architecturally and culturally historically valuable, nor may changes or extensions be made to it or its immediate surroundings that would damage the cultural-historical or architectural value or style of the façades or roof. If such measures have previously been carried out in the building or its immediate surroundings, during repair or alteration works attempts should be made to restore them in a manner that suits the building's style.

Building B has an sr-2 marking in the local detailed plan, which means Protected building. The building or part of it may not be demolished without the permission of the building control board. Permission to demolish may be granted only for compelling reasons. No extensions or alterations may be carried out that would spoil the style of the street façades or the basic form of the roof. If the building is demolished or destroyed, the replacement building shall be designed so that it is in harmony with the surrounding buildings in terms of façade materials, colouring and the arrangement of façade surfaces. The owner must notify the building control authority of the intended demolition at least 6 months before the planned measure. The building control board may then require that a building permit for the new building be applied for before demolition work begins.

Building C is of prefabricated element construction.

The movable items visible in the photographs are not included in the sale; the oven in the kitchen has been sold previously.
