• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold as found in use or storage. The seller has photographed/described the item for the listing. The item has not been reviewed by a qualified inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must, before placing an offer, inspect the item, company documents and related paperwork. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been detected during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters that may affect your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle obligations: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs and interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
