The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Anything else visible in the pictures is not included unless specifically stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the item. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, handling, packing and removal of the item and for any related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed), and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details, so bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to weeks depending on the parties involved, such as creditors and finance companies, and on whether checks are carried out on the buyer under anti-money laundering and sanctions legislation. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
