Inspection of the property
The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the apartment and the companys documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.


Sellers information
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller certifies that they have given the buyer all information they know and that could reasonably be expected to affect the sale.


Conclusion of the sale


The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares take place at the signing meeting.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax rules.


Withdrawal from the sale


If the sale fails to materialise for reasons attributable to the offeror, the seller is entitled to an agreed fixed compensation of €200
