Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when placing a bid. In timeshare sales, sale contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the end of the auction.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails due to the bidder's fault, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable)

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment, the company's documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection. Shares are sold with the information provided in the listing.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that they know and that can be assumed to affect the sale. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price. The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of the transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
