The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a water fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm children’s pool, floaties and swimming mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a conventional sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

The charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been paid. Remaining €153.06 which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge in a couple more instalments after which the loan will be paid off. Financing charge in 2026 is €89.18.

Owning a holiday week is above all hassle-free holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to a friend — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 22/2026 onwards (Sat 23 May 2026 - Sat 30 May 2026).

Check-in 16:00 and check-out 12:00.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares for sale are mine unless otherwise stated.

Sending the sale contract and share certificate by registered post is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no maintenance fee arrears on the share.

Payment within 1 day of the listing closing.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). Sole trader Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax payable if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. Sole trader Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in the online tax service (OmaVero).

Photos and information are indicative and some photos may show nearby areas and surroundings. The stated information and prices are current and may change according to annual general meeting decisions. The general meeting may have authorised the board to collect an additional maintenance fee if needed for purchases, repairs or the company’s financial situation.
