Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the deed within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If a sale fails to complete for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation for a false bid and disruption of business amounting to 10% of the highest bid or a minimum of €280. Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private buyers / €60 for companies). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the deed, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax payment to the property manager for registration of the share.
