The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer will receive use of the share from week 12/2027 onwards (Saturday 20 March 2027 – Saturday 27 March 2027). Check‑in from 16:00 and check‑out by 11:00.
