• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, as seen. Goods come from active use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. As the item has not been inspected by an independent condition inspector, hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged, before placing an offer, to inspect the premises, company documents and records relating to the item. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown under “delivery methods and costs” on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing
