Goods are sold directly from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
