• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed by the seller for listing purposes. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of items Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have won multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
