• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents and papers, before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or right of return for the sold item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have won multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
