The seller photographed and described the item for the sales listing. The product has not been checked by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when making the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during the pre-auction inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and MOT/inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration transfer may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of supplies: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other supplies.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference if the resale price is lower, as well as any agent and debt-collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
