• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The lot has been photographed for the sale by the seller. The items have not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the company’s documents and related records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold lot carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the difference between the original and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
