• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been checked by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new and may have defects and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always check all related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower re-sale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
