• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed for the listing by the seller. As the item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, latent faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must, before placing an offer, inspect the lot/premises and any corporate documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before deciding to buy, always check any relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable terms and the terms of sale before placing an offer.

•    inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

•    offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

•    the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•    if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
