• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current state. The items are being sold directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid may have its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, each has its own pickup charge. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have faults or defects.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from a purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction end, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
