The goods come from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late-collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and recovery costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
