Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person on-site by leaving an offer with the seller. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder must inspect the property, related documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The buyer pays the fee for the official who confirms the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax rules.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
