Mynämäki parish is seeking an operational plan/possible business model for the club building for sale (Jokihelmi) by closed auction procedure


Approximately a 3,000 m2 plot will be subdivided from property 503-495-3-159. A change of use from parish use to residential use has been applied for.


The property for sale is seeking a new owner by a closed auction process. In the first stage the bidder submits a participation notice and an operational plan (one bid for this auction and a separate participation notice with the operational plan by the given deadline by email), based on which selected participants will be separately invited to the closed auction (price determination for the property).


Stage 1: participation notice (submit one bid to this announcement and a separate written participation notice and operational plan idea for the property by the deadline), which is not an offer for the property but entitles participation in stage 2.


In stage 2 a bid price is created, which is the offered purchase price for the property (a separate auction for invited participants only).


Mynämäki parish requires that participation in this first stage secures the right to take part in stage 2.


Separate written participation notice

The participation notice must present a plan for the possible operation of the property for sale and a business model with possible financing arrangements. Please also provide contact details/name, phone number and email address. Failure to submit the participation notice by the deadline will result in rejection from the tender competition and will not allow participation in stage 2.

Credit information of those invited to the auction will be checked. Those invited to the closed auction will be informed of the auction time and access instructions to the auction site.


Mynämäki parish reserves the right to accept or reject received participation notices. Bidders agree to provide contact details for decision-making purposes.


The offer will be processed by Mynämäki parish church council and approved by the parish council.


Chattels are not included in the sale.

Terms of Sale

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee for the certifier of the sale will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale is, under the Land Code, required to compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
