• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage, in their current condition. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, related company documents and records before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each successful bid has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots, the pick-up fee applies to each. The pick-up fee is shown in the “delivery methods and fees” section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before deciding to buy, always check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. For sale are vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected and/or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference if the resale price is lower, plus any agent and collection costs and recovery fees with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the sales terms before placing a bid.

And please note:

•   inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

•   offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

•   the lot is sold as is, but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

•   if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
