• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The lot has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by e‑mail from huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes become the responsibility of the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.

And note that:

• read the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
