• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and relevant papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each successful bid carries its own collection fee; if there are multiple successful bids, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "Delivery methods and costs" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always verify before purchase any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or subject to unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. Late collection is charged 50 € / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
