Seized Finda Oyj A‑series shares, 27 pcs, Pori

The seized property will be sold by incremental bidding in an online auction on the Huutokaupat.com website during 10 April 2026 – 27 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price immediately to the enforcement officer. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 24 April 2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The offeror must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The buyer must pay the full purchase price to the enforcement officer without delay after the bid is accepted. Payment may be made in cash or an equivalent means and security. Immediate credit to the Enforcement Agency's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF68 3960 0000 3042 61 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer shall pay the transfer tax on shares of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and provide a receipt to the enforcement agency, upon which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The item is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
