The item will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 25 March 2026 and 4 May 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 4 May 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction service’s item number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered with the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. The buyer and new owner of the item will, as a rule, be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sale decision.
