With three bedrooms, a loft and eight sleeping places this apartment suits a larger family, a family with grandparents, two families or a group of friends. The spacious open-plan kitchen–living–dining area makes socialising easy even with a bigger group.

The well-equipped cabin has everything you need: bed linen and towels, engine heater for the car, fitted kitchen with crockery and cooking utensils, washing machine and detergent, drying cabinet, fireplace and firewood, flat-screen TV and free Wi‑Fi and parking.

The Pulkkajärvi cabins are peacefully located, about halfway and a short drive from the Ruka slopes and the Kuusamo Tropiikki facilities. The slopes are easily reached by ski bus.

Skiing, cross-country, ice karting, winter swimming (avanto), ice climbing, reindeer, snowmobiles, huskies, snowshoeing, northern lights, sleigh rides under the stars and, of course, snow.

Over 200 skiing days a year, 34 runs, 21 lifts, longest run 1,300 m — those are the facts; the speed and the thrill you must experience yourself.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or hand it to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fee for 2026:

€560 per year.

The share has no renovation loan / no finance charge attached.

The maintenance fee covers end‑of‑stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on‑call services, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and will have use of the share from week 16/2026 (Sat 11 April 2026 – Sat 18 April 2026). The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.
