The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor does the buyer have a right of cancellation under consumer protection law.

Notarised sale documents are included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registering the share according to Holiday Club Resorts (HCR) price list (estimated €40 for private individuals and €60 for companies), any transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price) and costs related to joining the RCI exchange system, should the buyer wish to link the share to that system.


Withdrawal from the purchase

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they undertake to pay the seller compensation equal to 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if 10% is less than €100.
