The dairy, protected by the local detailed plan, was completed in 1923. The dairy is architecturally, historically and townscape-wise valuable and may not be demolished. The dairy has a total floor area of approximately 2,550 m², of which the first floor is about 1,500 m², the second about 865 m² and the attic about 185 m². The building volume is approximately 9,300 m³. The dairy was used for dairy purposes from the 1920s until the late 1980s.
