Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by leaving a bid with the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment and the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms having provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax rules.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for a false bid and disruption of business of at least €250, or if the purchase price exceeds €2,500, 10% of the bid purchase price. NOTE! This invoice is enforceable by debt collection.
