Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Ars Aurum Oy reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. The buyer will acquire ownership of the property, the sales contract and the share certificate when the purchase price has been paid and the sale has become legally binding.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax and the registration fee to the property manager in accordance with applicable tax rules. The buyer is responsible for the 2026 service charge. The buyer must provide the transfer tax certificate and copies of the sales contract and share certificate to the property manager for registration.

Withdrawal from the sale
