Skiers love Ruka and Kuusamo’s more than 170 km of cross‑country trails.

There is no renovation loan/financing charge attached to the share.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance of the apartment and grounds and purchases, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on‑call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 service charge and gets the use of the share from week 14/2026 onwards (Fri 27 Mar 2026 – Fri 03 Apr 2026). The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.
