Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts all terms of sale when completing the bid. Timeshare deeds are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the deed of sale and sends a signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown on the deed within 3 days of the auction end.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to the bidder's fault, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE: this invoice is enforceable)

Inspection of the lot

Bidders are obliged before bidding to familiarise themselves with the lot, the company's documents and other papers. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection. Shares are sold as described in the listing.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents relating to the lot. The seller confirms having provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale. Photographs in the listing may not be exactly of the same unit but of a corresponding unit in the same company. Timeshare sales are always made with a separate deed of sale under the terms stated therein, which the buyer and seller accept by signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price (excluding debts). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the property manager the deed of sale, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and the transfer tax receipt for registration of the share.
