The area has a lovely shallow sandy beach suitable for children and a playground with, among other things, a large impressive two-masted pirate ship. At Pyhäniemi you can play tennis, minigolf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, go canoeing and try outdoor chess. The area has excellent walking and cycling terrain (regular bicycles are freely available and electric-assist fatbikes are for hire).

In Kihniö you can experience nature’s peace on the Aitoneva Nature Trail or the spectacular views at Käskyvuori.

Pyhäniemi has a cosy lakeside restaurant/bar, a gym park, playground, grill hut and barbecue shelter.

The real active holiday is offered by Kankarinjärvi, where you can move by canoe or boat – anglers take note! Kankarinjärvi is part of an attractive zander (pike-perch) fishery. You’ll find the best spots yourself, but try deep open water and its edges. A local fishing permit is included in the fee.

Less than an hour’s drive to, among others, the Tuur village shop. Nearby are also several national parks such as Helvetinjärvi and Seitseminen.

Tampere and Särkänniemi are just over an hour’s drive away.

Fee for 2026:

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer receives the use of the share from week 35/2026 onwards (Fri 21 August 2026 - Fri 28 August 2026).

The apartment is available from 14:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Terms of Sale

Sending of the sales contract and the share certificate by registered post is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate as insured post costs an additional €20.

There are no arrears on the fee related to the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents needed for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 need not be paid) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for submitting the transfer tax notification in OmaVero.
