Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can hand it to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the maintenance and financing charge for 2026 and will have access to the share from week 22/2026 (Fri 22 May 2026 – Fri 29 May 2026).

The apartment is available from 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

Apartment renovation 2025:

Kitchens have been renewed, stairs to the upper floor/loft repaired, walls painted, lighting and fixtures renewed, carpets, sockets, light switches, trim, all textiles and furniture replaced (sofas, armchairs, footstools, kitchen tables and chairs, coffee tables, beds, mattresses, TV stands and decorative lights). Energy efficiency was improved by renewing thermostats for the ceiling heaters and sealing windows. Bathrooms were power-cleaned, silicone seals renewed and tile and drain repairs carried out as needed.

The renovation was financed by an extraordinary charge of €400.81 collected in 2025 (this has been paid!) and thereafter by an annual financing charge (financing charge for 2026 is €188.10 / year and is expected to be similar in coming years). Loan term 3 years (last financing charge billed in 2028). Just under half of the renovation has already been paid by last year’s larger instalment.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

All shares for sale are my own unless otherwise stated.

The price includes drawing up the contracts and sending the share certificate by registered letter. Delivery of the share certificate as insured post is available for an extra €20.

There are no outstanding maintenance fee arrears on the share.

The buyer pays Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). Sole trader T:mi Heli Hedman will supply all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is payable if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. Sole trader T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for making the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
