For sale: 70/120 of the share capital of Asunto Oy Villaverde Bostads Ab, Helsinki — shares 101–110, Helsinki

Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

Sale period: Sale ends 25 March 2026 at 12:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property will be offered for sale first as a whole, a total of 70 shares, and then the following day each share series separately. A combined bid will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate bids and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate bids submitted, covers the lowest acceptable bid for each share series. The sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
