Seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: Sale ends 25 March 2026 at 12:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction

The property will be offered first as a single lot — a total of 70 shares — and then on the following day each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate offers and, when apportioned to the shares in relation to the separate offers made, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. Sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase feature. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the Huutokaupat.com lot number the offer concerns. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
