Sale of 70/120 of the share capital of Asunto Oy Villaverde Bostads Ab in Helsinki — shares 71–80, Helsinki

Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of a free sale in an online auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted for the auction.

The property will first be offered for sale as a single lot of 70 shares, and then on the following day each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares proportionally to the separate offers received, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. The sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address P.O. Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
