Sale of 70/120 of the share capital of Asunto Oy Villaverde Bostads Ab in Helsinki — shares 71–80, Helsinki

Seized property will be sold in an open online auction organised by the enforcement officer on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property is first offered for sale as a single lot, a total of 70 shares, and the following day each share series will be sold separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is higher than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. The sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address PO Box 1, FI-00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e-mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
