Offer period: The sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 10:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property is offered for sale first as a single lot, a total of 70 shares, and then the next day each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is higher than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. The sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
